Breath-taking loft , anciently the residence of the painter Gericault, 135m², situated rue des Martyrs , in the area of the boulevard Hausmann and close from Montmartre .
Sleeps 5 people.

This chic Parisian apartment appeals to lovers of art history, volume and light. You will enter the place where the wordly known “Radeau de la Méduse”, 5 by 7 meters high has been realized, today exposed at the Louvre Museum.

1st floor walk up , quiet and ancient sanctuary with green plants in the courtyard, digicode and manager.
Pure and minimalist, the apartment has wooden floor and white walls.
The entrance gives on the wide living room, that has two sofas convertible into beds for 1 person, You will also admire the built-in shelves, a stylish table and some chairs. Light come all day long by the very large wndows giving on the courtyard. A cabled TV , internet with DSL connection, a DVD and CD player are at your disposal.
Upstairs, the mezzanine offers 1 single bed as well as a desk space.
Further up, you have a corridor leading to the master bedroom, equipped with a large bed for two persons, night tables with lamps, and a dressing.
A purist bathroom, with spacious open shower, sink, storages, and a window waits for you.
Toilets are separated.
The large kitchen is equipped of a long table and 6 chairs, as well as the following top appliances : refrigerator, washing/drying machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave, induction burners, dishes for 6, coffee maker, boiler, and toaster.

Location: The animated and busy rue des Martyrs is only five minutes from the Boulevard Hausmann and its famous department stores Galeries lafayette and le Printemps, and close from the “Montmartre Village” where will find bars and cafes, as well as museums and parks ...

Notre Dame de Lorette, on the line 12, that cross Paris from south to north and Cadet, on the line 7.
