This beautiful 110m2 19th-century, three-story country house in the heart of the Marais district, is in the 3rd arrondissement, on the 1st floor walk up, and has three full bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Welcome from 6 to 8 guest.

After entering through a country cottage door you’ll access the living room, on the right the dining area and on the left the living area.

The living area is fitted with a large sectional couch which folds into a bed, modern wall hangings, end tables, coffee table, a flat-screen TV with cable hook-up, antique chairs, shelves and a large square design bench covered in leather

On the other side of this room is the kitchen, just near the entrance & dining area, separated by a country door with a window and half walls completed in country glass.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave oven, gas burners, extractor hood, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, built-in cupboards and all kitchen utensils.

From the ground floor the winding stairs take you to the first floor, on 1 part the mezzanine, on the mezzanine
a day bed for cozy secluded reading, but also flooded by light.

The master bedroom windows, with a queen size bed an armoir, rug, wicker chairs, night tables, wall hangings, night tables with shelves and a mirror.

The 1st bathroom has a bathtub and shower head, wash-basin, cabinets, toilet.

The winding staircase continues to the second and last floor of the house where you find two beautiful bedrooms under the roof.

This 2nd bedroom, to the left of the staircase, it has a queen-size bed with two windows in the roof. It has wall hangings, a rug, antique chairs and night tables with shelves.

The 3rd bedroom, to the right of the staircase, has a queen-size bed, a large window in the ceiling and a window on the wall. It has an armoir, rug, wall hangings, night tables with lamps and a mirror.

The 2nd bathroom, also has a bathtub with a shower head, sink, mirror, cabinets, hard-wood floors and a toilet.

Location : Perfect Marais, you’ll stay just near the rue de Bretagne and its many Parisian shops: butcher, bakeries, cheese shop, fresh fish, as well as the famous “Marché des Enfants Rouge” open-air market with fresh fruit and vegetables, as well as caterers.

Closest metro : Art Et Metiers (line 3)

Price per week : 1900 euros for up to 6 people. 2100 euros up to 8 people.
