This small studio (approx 14m² on the floor - 17m² with the mezzanine) is located in a Haussmannien style building situated just a few steps away from the Famous Champs Elysées Avenue on one side and Montaigne Avenue on the other.

Very well design and arranged, it is located on the ground floor, but not on the street side. In fact it is accessible after crossing the main door (protected by a coded system) and from the courtyard.

The entrance door opens into the living room and the open kitchen. This cosy space have a tiled floor and an apparent stonewall. It has a comfortable double size sofa bed and a flat screen cable TV. The open kitchen is equipped with a sink, two vitro ceramic burners, and a small refrigerator. All cooking appliances and dish is provided.

Next to the main room, a door gives an access to the small but well arranged bathroom which is fitted with a small washbasin, a toilette, an automatic extractor fan and a shower. Above the shower space, there is a glass roof.

For accessing to the bedroom are, on the mezzanine, there is a folding scale in the living room area. The bedroom area has a double size bed, a wardrob and a desk with a computer connected to Internet.

The apartment has two small windows that opens into a small and non accessible courtyard.

There is also a wifi internet access.
Linens and towels are provided.
NON SMOKERS APARTMENT AND PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

A cleaning fees at the end of the stay is asked : 20€
