Pretty one-bedroom Parisian flat, with good-sized living-room, to rent from Dec 4 through January 7, 2009. 1900 euros for the entire period, or 475 euros for a week.
The apartment is on the rue Paul Bert, which recently won the prize for “best food street in Paris” from France’s Le Fooding magazine. The food writer Alexander Lobrano says the street is the “most gastronomic” block in town, and the Boston Globe calls it “Rue Gastronomie”.
The apartment is in a traditional Hausmann-style building, 2 minutes walk from metro Faidherbe-Chaligny, two stops from Bastille, in quiet street full of cafes and restaurants.
The apartment has regular bed and a sofa-bed. It comfortably sleeps two, and can take 3-4.
Fourth floor, no elevator. British owner. Please email, or call +33 6 73 83 12 90.
