Right in the center of Paris, Metro St Michel (metro line 4, RER lines B and C, direct connection to all airports and international rail stations), excellent location :

- Right in the middle of the Latin Quarter

- 5 min on foot from Notre-Dame

- 5 min on foot from St Germain des Prés

- 5 min on foot from the Sorbonne University

I am the live-in owner of the flat, I'm going away for the whole month of september and would therefore like to rent it out to a mindful tenant (this is not a hotel-apartment, no smoking, no pets please).
