This amazing loft is located in the 2nd arrondissement, on the 02nd French floor with elevator of an old building. 70m².
It sleeps up to 4 people.
The open space is divided in 3 parts : living room tastefully furnished with sofa bed for 2 and single sofa, coffee table, tv with dvd player.
Internet conncetion at your disposal through telephone line.
The open kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, coffee-maker, burners, dish washer, washing machine and everyhting to cook.
The dining space has table with 4-6chairs ideal for guests.
Restrooms separate (meaning off the bathroom)
Upstairs the bedroom has double bed and closets.
The bathroom is harmonious, with bathtub, washbasin and toilets.
Location: The rue Greneta is a pedestrian street with limited traffic therefore.
A minute away by foot reveals the bustling rue de Montorgeuil, the most fashionable and trendy market street in Paris, with everything the gourmet cook wants to find, as well as numerous hip, typical Parisian cafés, a favorite for people-watchers.
Closest Metro: Sentier (line 3), Réaumur Sebastopol (line 4).
