This lovely 300 square foot apartment is big enough to be your base and comfortable enough to spend time here.

The studio (sleeps 3) is located in a well maintained secure 1860 building. The apartment is on the 4th floor with elevator. It is fully-furnished, was completely renovated in 2006 and is a superb value when compared to the accommodations available in nearby hotels in the 7th arrondissement.

Just 500 yards from Napoleon’s tomb at les Invalides, just over half a mile from the foot of the Eiffel tower and extremely close to the busy shopping street of rue St Dominique, the apartment has the advantage of being one block from rue Cler, the celebrated pedestrian street market of the seventh district. Here, Parisians and visitors alike gather to enjoy the restaurants, fresh market produce and busy atmosphere of this car-free cobbled street.

The front door of the apartment leads to a brand new clean white kitchen, with an oak work surface and marble floor. There is a clothes washer and dryer, microwave oven, refrigerator extractor hood and ceramic stove. The main room has oak parquet floor, and two windows. A sofa bed, double “Murphy” bed, coffee table and dining table with four chairs are available. There is plenty of storage for small items and a closet to hang clothes. Suitcases can be stored in a large overhead locker.

An LCD television with cable channels in English and other languages, and a high speed internet connection are included as is the phone for local calls. The bathroom is white-tiled with beveled “metro” tiles. A full-sized tub, sink and toilet are provided.
